Our community teams are a way to connect with others as you train, to motivate and be accountable. While this is an online platform, these teams are designed to facilitate real-life meetups as we grow. Whether showing up for training sessions, participating in a Veil event, or just hanging out - true connections happen face-to-face.

ASSAULT
Assault is a structured training program designed to develop maximal strength and high-level conditioning. It blends barbell training and high-intensity conditioning to improve both power and endurance.

BEAST
Beast is a structured training program designed to build muscle mass and overall work capacity. It combines barbell training, focused accessory supersets, and strategic conditioning to enhance hypertrophy and functional performance.
