WHAT WE DO:

At Veil Fitness, we design training programs that set you apart in physical performance and mental fortitude. Training that allows you to use your body in functional, real world applications with exceptional results. More than that, we are building an engaged community who unite through shared challenges and triumphs.

ASSAULT PROGRAM

Assault is a 10 week progressive training program designed to build maximal strength and a high level of conditioning. It combines barbell weight training with high intensity conditioning sessions. A standard week will see about 3 days focused on strength, and 2-3 days of training intervals or circuits. If you're looking to develop chiseled definition, maximum strength, and high conditioning performance, Assault is for you.

BEAST PROGRAM

Beast is a 10 week progressive training program designed to build functional mass. This training is primarily focused on hypertrophy muscle growth while still retaining general conditioning functionality. A standard week will see 3-4 days of lifts plus accessory work, and 2 days of conditioning intervals. If you primarily want to increase size and yet still perform functionally in the field, Beast is for you.

We also collaborated with some of the world’s most dedicated and exceptional athletes  – from elite special operators to competitive multi-sport athletes.
