ASSAULT

Assault is a progressive training program designed to build maximal strength and a high level of conditioning. It combines barbell weight training with high intensity conditioning sessions. A standard week will see about 3 days focused on strength, and 2-3 days of training intervals or circuits. Simple and focused, Assault will allow you to  perform at an exceptional level whether you’re in the gym or outside in the field. 

BEAST

Beast is a progressive training program designed to build muscle mass with functional conditioning. It combines barbell weight training with high intensity conditioning sessions. A standard week will see about 4 days focused on strength, and 1-2 days of training intervals or circuits. Simple and focused, Beast will allow you to  perform at an exceptional level whether you’re in the gym or outside in the field.
